What you’ll do
From day one, you’ll dive into real client work, strategic discussions, project planning, and creative solution development. You’ll be part of a flat, collaborative organisation where responsibility comes early - not because we expect you to know it all, but because we believe the best way to learn is by doing, together with people who’ve got your back.
Your title will be Associate Consultant or Consultant (depending on your level of experience), but your journey won’t follow a rigid track. Instead, you’ll be encouraged to shape your own path and explore different areas within marketing strategy, data and insights, AI and automation, customer experience, and performance. You’ll work across industries and teams, always surrounded by experienced colleagues who care deeply about your growth - and make sure you're having fun along the way.
You’ll quickly get involved in:
Client meetings (alongside colleagues)
Strategic planning and development of marketing frameworks
Diving into projects and actively contributing
Analysing marketing data and drawing actionable insights
Exploring marketing strategy, customer experience, and performance
Consulting around media, CRM, and branding topics
What we’re looking for
You take initiative, ask questions, and prefer action over hesitation. Ideally, you hold a master's degree in business administration, marketing management, communications, or a related field, and bring 2–4 years of relevant experience (may include student jobs that helped shape your skills).
Key qualifications & traits
Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience (student jobs count!)
Genuine interest in marketing and its commercial impact
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Collaborative mindset with openness and candour
Are curious, driven, and excited by real-world challenges
Set high standards and take pride in delivering great work
Proactive attitude - not afraid to ask questions or dive into projects
Have strong interpersonal skills and can build trust with both colleagues and clients
